Retrieve application underwriting decision

Retrieve the current underwriting decision and approval details for a loan application.
This endpoint provides comprehensive decision information including approval status,
approved terms, conditions, and any required documentation or next steps. Used by
merchants and partners to check decision status and retrieve approval numbers for
loan processing and funding coordination.

Unique identifier for the merchant, used when your credentials are scoped to a merchant group. Required on every non-GET request for group-scoped credentials; omitting it returns "Must provide merchant-uid header for Merchant Group". On GET requests it is optional and the request stays scoped to the whole group.
